RETURNS AND REFUNDS

product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after initial
inspection, you are unhappy for any reason,
return in unused, condition
in original carton within 10 days for exchange or credit,
does not include Shipping and Handling charges (both domestic and
international) nor return postage.
Items in blister packaging cannot be returned after opening.

SHIPPING
KBS
does not knowingly ship Stun Guns, Tasers or Pepper Spray to states
where those items are prohibited or illegal,
though sometimes shipment to such an area can occur.
Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by their own local laws, statutes, rules and regulations.
Customers must be at least eighteen years old, we will ship with adult signature required if requested.
